Step 1

Step 2
Submit all the original documents and bills to HealthCare
Step 3
Complete set of documents received at HealthCare
Step 4
HealthCare adjudicates the case as approval/ repudiate or seeks additional details
Step 5
If Claim is approves, payment will be made by NEFT
