Mr. Rakesh Jain

Mr. Rakesh Jain is a member of the Institute of the Chartered Accountants of India and the Institute of Cost Accountants of India. He has rich and varied work experience of over 20 years in leadership positions in corporate finance, risk management, underwriting, claims, broking and reinsurance functions etc. Prior to joining IndusInd General Insurance, he had worked in the capacity of Director - Corporate Centre & CFO at ICICI Lombard General Insurance Company Limited. During his tenure with ICICI Lombard General Insurance Company Limited, he was conferred an award titled 'The CFO - Financial Sector Award' by the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India.
Mr. Anish Behl
Deputy Chief Executive Officer
Mr. Anish Behl brings over three decades of extensive experience across the retail financial services spectrum, having held senior leadership roles in Life and General Insurance Distribution, Partnerships, Retail Banking, and Insurance startups. His vast insurance experience includes running nine Asian markets, including India, China, Singapore, and Hong Kong, where he has led large scale transformations with a strong emphasis on digital innovation, customer engagement, and distribution excellence. Prior to joining us, Mr. Behl served as Country Head for Insurance, Investments, Equity Broking, and M&A at IndusInd Bank Limited. He has also held leadership roles at ABN AMRO, Max New York Life, and Bajaj Allianz Life. Mr. Behl is a distinguished Gold Medalist Economist with a Master’s in Business Economics and BA (Hons) in Economics from Delhi University.
Mr. Hemant K Jain
Chief Financial Officer
Hemant Kumar Jain, is our Chief Financial Officer. He is a member of the Institute of the Chartered Accountants of India. He has previously worked at Bajaj Allianz General Insurance Company Limited, Satyam Computer Services Limited and Rajasthan Fasteners Private Limited. He has been associated with our Company since May 7, 2008. He has an overall experience of over 22 years.
Mr. Akhilesh Guleria
Chief Human Resources Officer
Akhilesh Guleria, PGDM from IIMM Pune and a veteran, joined IGICL (formerly known as RGICL) in June 2018. He has over 19 years of experience in Industries and sectors like Insurance, Banking, Retail, Agriculture Inputs and Defense services. His last assignment was with TATA AIG General Insurance as Head - Corporate HR. He has previously worked with Biostad India Ltd., Reliance Retail Ltd. , YES Bank and RBL Bank. He has also worked with the Indian Army under Short Service scheme.
Mr. Ramkumar K
Chief Investments Officer
Ramkumar K. is our Chief Investments Officer. He holds a bachelor’s degree in science from the University of Madras and a diploma in business finance from the Institute of Chartered Financial Analysts of India. Further, he has passed the final examination of the Institute of Cost and Works Accountants of India and is an associate of the Indian Institute of Bankers. He has been associated with our Company since March 24, 2011. He has previously worked at Sundaram BNP Paribas Asset Management Company Limited. He has over 29 years of experience.
Mr. Randhir Singh
Chief Legal Claims Officer
Randhir Singh is our Chief Legal Claims Officer. He holds a bachelor’s degree in arts from Panjab University, a bachelor’s degree in law from Ranchi University and a post-graduate diploma in human resource management from Symbiosis Centre for Distance Learning. He has been with associated with our Company since February 10, 2012. He has previously worked at ICICI Lombard General Insurance Company Limited. He has over 20 years of experience.
Mr. A V Karthikeyan
Appointed Actuary
Karthikeyan A.V., is our Appointed Actuary and the IRDAI vide their approval letter bearing reference no. IRDAI/ACTL/AA NURGIC/2018-19 dated January 18, 2019, have approved his appointment with effect from December 15, 2018. He holds a master’s degree in business administration from Bharathidasan University. He is also a fellow of the Institute of Actuaries of India. He has been associated with our Company since July 11, 2016. He has previously worked at SBI General Insurance Company Limited and has experience in the fields of underwriting and actuarial sciences. He has over 15 years of experience.
Mr. Amitabh Gupta
Chief Underwriting Officer
Amitabh Gupta is our Chief Underwriting Officer. He holds a bachelor’s degree in science from the University of Garhwal, Srinagar. He is also an associate of the Insurance Institute of India. He has been associated with our Company since April 11, 2002. He has previously worked at United India Insurance Company Limited and has experience in the field of general insurance. He has over 29 years of experience.
Mr. Jasmeet Singh
Chief Risk Officer
Jasmeet Singh, is our Chief Risk Officer. He holds a master’s degree in Business Management from University of Pune, and is an alumnus of IIM, Lucknow for his Executive General Management. He is also a Law Graduate from University of Mumbai and is an esteemed member of International Association of Special Investigation Units (IASIU). He has been associated with our company since November 27, 2013. He has worked with several esteemed organizations like American Express Bank Limited, ICICI Lombard, Indiacom Directories Limited. His expertise encompasses various lines of Risk. He has an overall experience of over 20 years.
Mr. Gaurav Chaudhri
Chief Technology Officer
Gaurav Chaudhri is our Chief Technology Officer.He holds a bachelor's degree in commerce and has done his MBA in Systems Management from IMT Ghaziabad. He has been associated with our company since June 3, 2019. He has previously worked at Reliance Commercial Finance, L&T Financial Services, Standard Chartered Bank and Citi Financial. He has over 28 years of experience.

Raman Arora is our Chief Operating Officer. He is a qualified Chartered Accountant and Company Secretary with experience in the field of operations, claims & customer service. He joined our Company on May 18, 2012. Prior to joining our Company, he was associated with ICICI Lombard General Insurance Co. Ltd. He has over 16 years of experience.
Mr. Prabhdeep Batra
Chief Marketing Officer – Corporate Business
Prabhdeep Batra is our Chief Marketing Officer – Corporate Business. He has a bachelor’s degree in commerce from Sri Venkateswara College and a post graduate diploma in financial strategy from the University of Oxford. He is also an associate of the Insurance Institute of India and has an honors diploma in systems management from the National Institute of Information Technology. He joined our Company on January 31, 2011. He has previously worked with Cholamandalam MS General Insurance and Allianz Securities Limited. He has over 19 years of experience.
Mr. Sushil Sojitra
Company Secretary & Compliance Officer
Mr. Sushil Sojitra is our Company Secretary & Compliance Officer. He is a qualified Company Secretary with over 10 years of experience in handling the Corporate Secretarial and Governance matters including IPO, Capital Raising, ESOPs, etc. He is also holding the bachelor’s degree in law and commerce from Mumbai University. He is associated with our Company since December 2017. He was previously associated with RBL Bank Limited and Marico Limited.
Mr. Prasun Pratik
Chief Compliance Officer
Mr. Prasun Pratik is a qualified law graduate with 12 years of experience handling Compliances and Legal related matters. He holds a bachelor’s degree in law from New Law College, Bharati Vidyapeeth University, Pune. Prasun has been associated with our Company since March 2017. He previously worked with Indian Oil Corporation Limited and several insurance companies including Bajaj Allianz General Insurance Company and HDFC Ergo Health Insurance Ltd.
