The Individual Development Program at the Indian Institute of Management, Calcutta deepened my understanding of conflict management, interpersonal effectiveness, listening and responding skills, intra- and inter-team decision-making, and included insightful case studies on crisis leadership. I felt truly thrilled to attend the sessions and to have the opportunity to listen to and interact with the esteemed professors. The program offered a unique blend of psychometric instruments that assessed individual interpersonal needs across various areas, complemented by in-depth discussions, peer interactions and feedback.

The Leadership & Change Management program at IIM Ahmedabad was both inspiring and enlightening. From intense case discussions to thought-provoking insights, it pushed me to reflect deeply on how I lead, adapt, and drive change. I’m returning with a broader perspective, renewed energy, and a toolkit I’m excited to put into action!

The Individual Development Programme at IIM Ahmedabad was an inclusive process, where everyone in the organization has to contribute. We learnt about various frameworks for strategy implementation, the biases with it, resistance to change and solutions to overcome the same so that everyone in the organization is aligned with the formulated corporate strategy. It was a very participative approach of learning with group discussion and case analysis teaching by the experienced faculty. A diverse class of participants from various industry experience, public sector enterprises and entrepreneurs made the learning quite meaningful.

I had the privilege to attend the individual development program at IIM Calcutta. The experience was both enriching and transformative, offering deep insights into the behavioural and strategic dimensions of leadership. The training was highly effective, practical, and engaging with knowledgeable faculty, real-world examples, and interactive activities that deepened understanding. The program delivered actionable frameworks on emotional intelligence, strategic communication, and conflict resolution-capabilities that are indispensable for navigating today’s complex and fast-evolving business landscape. These competencies are critical for fostering cross-functional collaboration, building trust, and aligning diverse stakeholders toward common goals. This program has significantly enhanced my confidence in leading teams with empathy, clarity, and impact at the same time collaborating effectively.

Starting as a Management Trainee in 2022, I’ve been truly grateful for the open culture and supportive mentors who shaped my learning journey.
